Thank you for volunteering with SAACA. We are grateful for your time, talent, and commitment to making this event a success. Please read the following carefully:
By registering for this shift, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating as a volunteer. I understand that participation may involve physical activity and inherent risks, including, but not limited to, lifting, walking, standing for extended periods, working with equipment, or interacting with the public. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, loss, or damage that may arise from my participation in this activity.
I release and hold harmless the Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liabilities related to any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during my volunteer service. I also grant permission for [Organization Name] to use photographs, video, or other media taken of me during the event for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age (or have obtained parental/guardian consent if under 18), physically capable of participating, and will follow all safety instructions provided by event staff.
